Upper Adams will be hosting a Spring Picnic, for our players and families this Sunday, May 5th at 2:00 PM at the American Legion picnic area in Biglerville.
RSVP your player to the Spring Picnic, on the TeamApp, along with the number of people attending in your family so we can get a head count.
Please join us for:
-Fun games/activities/pick up soccer game
-Door prize tickets will be handed out between 3 PM to 4 PM (1 per family) – check in at the front table. Drawing will be at the end of the dinner (winners must be present.)
-Silent Auction will be held between 3 PM to 5 PM.
-Silent Auction Winners will be announced around 5:15 PM. (Most be present to win)
-We will start setting up for the picnic at 1PM-2PM and accepting food contributions at 2PM.
Please COMMENT on the EVENT what you plan to bring so we do not have a bunch of duplicate items [division-player-contribution].
Our Event coordinators have assigned divisions to bring the following :
6U DRINKS, ICE, CUPS
8U/19U DESSERTS
10U/12U SIDES DISHES
14U/16U MAIN DISHES
If anyone could bring labeled cooler and ice for drinks. Also be sure to label your dishes. If your food contribution requires a serving spoon, please bring one along with your name on it.

Upper Adams organizará un picnic de primavera para nuestros jugadores y familias el domingo 5 de mayo a las 2:00 p. m. en el área de picnic de American Legion en Biglerville.
Confirme su asistencia a su jugador al picnic de primavera, en TeamApp, junto con la cantidad de personas de su familia que asistirán para que podamos contarlos.
Únase a nosotros para:
-Juegos divertidos/actividades/juego de fútbol.
-Los boletos con premio en la puerta se entregarán entre las 3:00 p. m. y las 4:00 p. m. (1 por familia); regístrese en la mesa principal. El sorteo será al final de la cena (los ganadores deben estar presentes).
-La Subasta Silenciosa se llevará a cabo entre las 3:00 p.m. y las 5:00 p.m.
-Los ganadores de la subasta silenciosa se anunciarán alrededor de las 5:15 p.m. (La mayoría estará presente para ganar)
-Comenzaremos a preparar el picnic de 1:00 p. m. a 2:00 p. m. y aceptaremos contribuciones de comida a las 2:00 p. m.
